All ACTPS enterprise agreements expired on 30 June 2017 with the exception of the ACT Public Sector Education and Training Directorate (Teaching Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2014-2018, which expired in September 2018.
The ACT Public Sector Standards Commissioner notified on 16 November 2017 that the ACT Government is commencing bargaining for the new ACT Public Service (ACTPS) Enterprise Agreements.
Voting
Health Professional
On 2 April 2019, the ACT Government advised relevant staff that they have reissued the proposed ACT Public Sector Health Professional Enterprise Agreement 2018-2021 (Agreement) is available for consideration until the commencement of the voting period on Wednesday 10 April 2019. The vote will close at 12 noon on Tuesday 30 April 2019.

Support Services
On 22 March 2019, the ACT Government advised relevant staff that the proposed ACT Public Sector Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2018-2021 (Agreement) is available for consideration until the commencement of the voting period on Thursday 4 April 2019. The vote will close at 9.30 am on Thursday 18 April 2019.

Technical and Other Professionals

Infrastructure Services
The ACTPS Infrastructure Services Enterprise Agreement 2018-2021 ballot closed on 11 December 2018. A majority of those that voted, voted in favour of the agreement.
An application for approval of this Agreement has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
