The Education Directorate has released its Safety and Wellbeing Strategy 2024-2026 
(16.8MB). The strategy outlines our 3-year commitment to improving safety and wellbeing outcomes for all staff and students.
The strategy is an important driver for improvements in safety leadership, culture, compliance, and performance and builds on existing safety and wellbeing supports already in place.
Developed through extensive consultation and feedback from staff, and stakeholders, the strategy aims to keep everyone safe and well by embedding work health, safety and wellbeing in everything we do.
We know that when our staff are safe and supported, they can be at their best to help students and school communities in which they work.
