What next?
Head Start places are advertised on each school’s Career Tools website. This includes information for students about how to submit an expression of interest for a Head Start position.
Head Start places are limited and there is expected to be strong interest in the program. Students should think about the types of industries/occupations and training pathways that they are interested in, and chat with their careers’ advisor, teacher or a support person in their school before applying for a Head Start position.
The Head Start team will work with each selected student and their family and school to make sure that Head Start is the right pathway for them.
