Ministerial Briefs
Information is published on this webpage to satisfy section 23(1)(i) of the Freedom of Information Act 2016 which requires specific types of ministerial briefs that are five or more years old to be made publicly available. The requirement applies to Question Time, Annual Reports Hearings, Budget Estimates Hearings and Incoming Ministerial Briefs. It should be noted that the information contained in the briefs may be outdated and not reflective of current policies, systems, methodologies, practices or approaches.
